Robotic and autonomous mower products may require setup, mapping, installation, connectivity, app access, boundary planning or site assessment.
Performance may depend on garden layout, terrain, weather, signal strength, obstructions, maintenance and correct use.
We may recommend a site survey before purchase or installation.
Delivery times are estimates only and may depend on manufacturer supply, transport availability and stock.
We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Customers should inspect goods on collection or delivery and notify us promptly of any visible damage or missing items.
Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by brand and product.
Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s process and conditions. Warranty cover may not apply where products have been misused, modified, incorrectly maintained, damaged or used contrary to instructions.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where goods or services are supplied to a business customer, consumer cancellation rights may not apply.
